Ilham Health Sdn. Bhd. offers a range of medical products and equipment for sale and rental, including but not limited to oxygen therapy equipment, sleep therapy devices (CPAP, BiPAP), respiratory care products, nebulizers, mobility aids, and related accessories.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of products and services on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices for products and services are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we endeavor to ensure all pricing on our website is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
